Carpet Cleaning

At heavens best, we use a unique, proven method of cleaning.  We begin by removing all loose soil in the carpet by using a powerful dry vacuum system.  We then lightly spray our exclusive cleaning solution onto the carpet.  This solution is a mild cleaning agent which immediately penetrates each carpet fibre, and starts breaking up the dirt trapped within.  We then go over the carpet with a floor buffer with clean absorbent pads.  As the buffer spins, it gently flops the fibres.  The soil from the top of the fibre down to the base is gently wiped away and is collected on the absorbent pad.  Next, we groom the carpet fibres all in one direction.  Most carpets dry naturally* in less than an hour.  When dry, the carpet will stand up like it did when it was new.  It will look, feel, and smell clean and fresh.

* Most other carpet cleaning businesses need to use special drying equipment to get carpets dry within an hour.

Upholstery Cleaning

We take great care of your furniture and our operators are trained to clean your upholstery by utilizing our industry leading cleaning processes.  As part of our service, we move your furniture in order to allow necessary access and ensure a quick and effective clean.  We use the same solution for both carpet and upholstery cleaning.  The upholstery is cleaning using a special portable extraction unit.  The cleaning solution is applied to the furniture, and then after it has broken up the soil, both soil and solution are extracted from the furniture.  Drying times may vary depending on fabric types.
